He is survived by: his sister Janet Smith of Tomah, WI; his nieces and nephews, Carleen Smith of Oregon, Valerie White (Ed) of Arizona, Connie Bower (Gary) of Prairie du Sac, WI, Bruce Bishop (Rosemary) of Oregon, Larry Puechner (Bushra) of Texas and Ron Puechner (Martha) of Arizona; and his sister-in-law Ruby Schmidt of Tomah, WI. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Zor Shrine Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, Serenity House in Tomah, Tomah Area Historical Society, or the Tomah Boys & Girls Club.
