He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Jason Holtz (Christina), Matthew, Michael, Nicolas and Andrew Holtz (Cindy); his grandchildren, Katelynn, Brenna, Alysa, Mia and Lily; his daughters, Sarah Lund (Brian) and Vanessa Gleason (Nicholas); his grandchildren, David and August; his daughters, JoAnna Lund (David) and Cassandra Lund (Brett); and his siblings, Daniel, Dave, Steve and Judy Holtz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
