He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Counterman and Pearl Counterman; and his stepmother Leona Counterman. He is survived by: his wife Raylene; his children, Shelly Coerper (Brian) and Tammy Ritzmann (Shawn Friedeck); his stepchildren, Anna Seidl (Steve) and Lucas Sprauge; his grandchildren, Brianna Coerper, Cody Ritzman and Bradley Coerper; and his siblings, Fred, Robert, Alice, Nora, Dolly and Penny. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
