He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Welch of Tomah; his children, Pam Johnson (Paul) of Louisiana, Coleen Dye of Louisiana, Sheri Lynn McManus (Steve) of Louisiana, Tom Welch of Elkhorn, WI, Brenda Dixon (Antonio) of Arizona and Jeff Welch (Kaci) of Virginia; and his sisters, Bev and Doreen. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
