He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Hammer; his grandparents, Kenneth, Dorothy Johnson and Grandpa Hammer (Grandma Hammer); and his uncles, Nelvin and Gary.
He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Hammer (Johnson); his friends, Gregory, Greg, Homie, Spesh, Bones, Greggie and Greggers; his sons, Jagger and Gavin Hammer (Rudy); his significant other Samantha Goodenough; his stepsons, Cody (Kailyn Schaitel) and Hayden Peters (Alayna); his grandsons, Chad and Kyler; his brother Brian Hammer (Tiffany); his nieces and nephews, Addison and Caden; his brother Rob Hammer; his nieces, Olivia and Amelia; his uncle Steve Johnson (Kathy); his cousins, Sam and Olivia; his uncle Mike Johnson; his cousins, Beth (Bobby), Nick (Chelsea), Josh (Britany) and Barb Ewers; and also, Kelly (Bill) and Steve (Emily). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
