He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Fisher and Mary Fisher (Winkelman); his wife Veronica; and his siblings, Vern Fisher (Irene), Cecil Fisher (Edna), Merle Fisher (Ann), Elmer Fisher and Pearl Mahaffey (Pat).

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Vivian Fisher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Freedom Honor Flight or Hospice Touch in Tomah.
