She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Holste and Lera Holste (Kline); her brothers, Stanley "Lou" Kline and Bradley "Butch" Kline; and her nephew Arthur Curtis Kline.
She is survived by: her husband David Hartley; her children, Dorina Hartley, Douglas Hartley (Pattie) and Deborah Hartley; her grandchildren, Amber Betthauser (Ryan Pergande), Krista Betthauser (Joe Peterson), Samantha Marsh (Justin), Cole Hartley (Amber), Wyatt Hartley (Destini) and Kylee Thompson; her great grandchildren, Aviana Pergande, Augustyna Pergande, Myron Pergande, Bowyn Peterson and Remington Hartley; and her brother Jerry Dean Kline. She is also survived by several sister and brother in laws.
