He was predeceased by: his parents, Onno J. Suntken and Ruth Suntken; his stepfather Harold Smith; and his brother Delbert Suntken. He is survived by: his wife Joni; his stepdaughters, Nicole, Crystal and Amber; his granddaughters, Brittany Taylor and Becca Taylor; and his sisters, Marlys Pruisman (Dean) and Audrey Oreskovich (Randy). He is also survived by children; a daughter.
