He is survived by: his children, Teresa Gardner (Jason Johnson), Jennifer Schultz (Matt), David "Joe" Copus Jr. and Jasper "Dean" Copus; his grandchildren, Shawn Jr., Savannah, Faith, Jacob, Jonathan, Riley "Doug", Remington, Jada, Lettie, Ryder and Luca; his great grandchildren, Ellianna and Aurora; his daughter-in-law Molly Rutherford; and his siblings, Daryl Copus, Jane Vyborn, Garry Copus (Teddy) and Nancy Welch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
