He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dade and Ethlyn Dade (Jones); his wife Geraldine; his son-in-law Ken Armstrong; and his siblings, William, Mardell, Patricia, Shirley and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Dade and Terre Armstrong; his grandchildren, Justin Dade (Renee), Meghan Cass (Trevor), Alicia Suessmith (Dan), Nick Von Haden (Katie) and Amelia Von Haden; his stepgranddaughter Cassandra Armstrong; and his great grandchildren, Cohen Suessmith, Grayson Suessmith, Caleb Dade and Willa Suessmith. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
