She was predeceased by: her parents, Verlin Forsythe and Laura Forsythe (Clay); her husband Royce Hart; her brother Don Forsythe; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Forsythe, Nancy Rizner, Bob Grassman and Marvin Hart (Shirley).

She is survived by: her children, Linda Mesner, Bruce Hart (Lisa) and Gregg Hart (Vicky); her grandchildren, Cory Hart (Lisa), Jesse Hart, Brett Mesner (Tony Nayes), Derek Hart (Nicole), Casey Mesner (Justin Wierschke) and Hunter Hart; her stepgrandchildren, Jenna Gnewikow and Keven Stender; her great grandchildren, Seth Gnewikow, Trenton, Bentley, Macey Stender and Kody Grayson; her siblings, Ken Forsythe, John Forsythe (Cindy), Jim Forsythe (Karoleen) and Ellen MacKinney (Clint); and her siblings-in-law, Gerry Forsythe, Shirley Grassman, Charles Hart (Judy) and Edward "Bud" Rizner. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
