He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard John Jacobson and Bertha Clara Jacobson (Olson); and his siblings, Kermit, Selmer, Paul, Selma (Opsahl), Alma (Smith) and Helen (Dregne).
He is survived by: his wife Esther (Kaiser) of Lodge Grass, Montana.; and his children, Keith and Karen. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
