He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude P. Felts and Rose M. Felts (Maas); his wife Almina H. Domke; and his brother Florian Felts (Lillian). He is survived by: his children, Bruce Felts (Marcia), Alice Felts (Cindy), Dennis Felts (Judy) and Carla Clark Jr. (Eugene). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
