He is survived by: his parents, Allen "Mike" Jr. Kristof and Judith Kristof (Reinert); his wife Kari Pethke; his children, Brett, Brady and Emma; his parents-in-law, Howard and Rebecca Pethke; and his brother-in-law Chad Pethke (Lisa). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
