He was predeceased by: his parents, John Breitenfeldt and Laura Breitenfeldt (Doede); his wife Eleanor V. Evenson; and his siblings, Lola Curtis (Glenn), Hilmer and Gary Breitenfeldt.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Peck (David) of Appleton, Wayne Breitenfeldt (Cheryl) of Eagle River, Gene Breitenfeldt of Appleton and Dean Breitenfeldt of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Nicole Paukner (Chris) and Nathan Breitenfeldt (Cole); his great grandchildren, Sam and Nolan Paukner; and his brothers-in-law, Vernon Evenson and Donald Evenson (Jane). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
