It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Gwidt (Tigerton, Wisconsin), born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 16, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gwidt and Bernice Gwidt (Galecke); his wife Kathy; his son Joseph "Jay" Gwidt; and his great grandchild Blake Peters.

He is survived by: his children, Janis Norem (Matthew) of Green Bay, Joy Neville (Brad) of Green Bay, Jon Gwidt (Betty) of Hatley, Jeff Gwidt (Kathy) of Clintonville and Jackie White (Jim) of Madison; his grandchildren, Joshua (Jackie), Caitlin, Sarah, Erik, Laura, Rachel (Dylan), Rebecca (Friend), Mindy (Josh), Gregg (Brandi), Andrew (Friend), Alyssa (Friend) and Alex; his great grandchildren, Alexander, Joseph, Wyatt, Ryker, Lucy, Myla, Maddux and Brynlee; and his brother Dave Gwidt (Joyce).

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be shared with St. Anthony's Catholic Church, the American Parkinson Disease Association, and Wisconsin Public Radio.
