He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard A. Eckardt and Gladys A. Eckardt (Schmidt); his siblings, Mary and Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Frederick Schreiber and Gail Eckardt.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Robertson (Bill), Roger Eckardt (Carleen), Leonard Eckardt, Karen Uttech (John), Merrill, Brian Eckardt, Gary Eckardt and Paul Eckardt (Missy Radies). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (530 Swanke St, Tigerton, WI 54486).
