She was predeceased by: her parents, Kazmiera Staszcuk (Nicoski) and John Staszcuk; her husband Raymond Slipek; her daughter Marilyn; her grandson Jacob Strautman; and her siblings, Vick, Stanley, Wally, Casey and Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Strautman (Mark), John Slipek (Kathleen) and Chester Slipek (Deb); her grandchildren, Nicole Strautman, Isaac (Catherine), Benjamin, Noelle Slipek, Nicholas and Sarah Slipek; and her great grandchildren, Jaxton and Weston Slipek.
