He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Lewien, Jr. (Noel) of Clinton, IA, Fred Lewien (Marsha) of Neenah, David Lewien (Mary) of Ellsworth, WI and Mary Stouff (Al) of Medford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
