She is survived by: her husband Francis V. Andruszkiewicz of Thorp; her daughters, Pamela Hempleman (Richard) of Thorp and Gail Andruszkiewicz (Mel Lorenz) of Thorp; her grandchildren, Patrick Hempleman (Kristin), Deanna Abramczak, Jason Leonard (Jennifer), Sarah Gulcynski (Loren) and Jesse Leonard; her great grandchildren, Bradley, Riley, Mackenzie, Ashlyn, Tanner, Taylon, Emma, Logan, Sammy, Bryce and Alyssa; her siblings, Norman Mayenschein (Rita) of Greenwood, David Mayenschein (Marilyn) of Thorp, Mary Lynn Grajkowski (Matt) of Thorp and Carol Bottlemy (Doug) of Withee; and her brothers-in-law, Marion Andruszkiewicz (Sheila) of Thorp and Louis Andruszkiewicz of Thorp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
