She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank A. Zakrzewicz and Anna L. Zakrzewicz (Levandowski); her siblings, Rita Marcantonio, Eugene, Robert and Raymond; her sister-in-law Dorothy Zakrzewicz; and her nephew Kenneth Zakrzewicz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.
