He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hazuga and Catherine Hazuga (Mertens); and his sisters, Kathy Risinger and Lorraine Lien. He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. Berge of Thorp; his children, Brenda Anderson (Dan) of Stanley, Brian Hazuga (Wendy) of San Diego, Melissa Alger (Russell) of Thorp, Luann Litten (James) of Withee, Jeff Hazuga of Menomonie and Jason Hazuga of Thorp; his grandchildren, Tori Leszewski, Jett Leszewski, Ashton Litten, Jacob Anderson, Kyle Alger, Justin Alger, Paden Hazuga, Alexandra Hazuga and Ava Hazuga; and his siblings, John Hazuga of Thorp, WI and Marlene Muetzel (Ivan) of Cottage Grove, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
