She is survived by: her mother Jessica Smith-Windsor; her grandparents, James, Smith (Kim Tillou), Athens and Lin Mueller-Colby (Joe); her great-grandparents, Vernon "Bud", Joan Smith-Loyal, Ruth Wirtz-Loyal and Marie Mueller-Colby; her aunts, Kellyn Schilling-Altoona (Adam) and Jessica Lewer-Marshfield (Damon); and her godparents, Christina Miller-Loyal and Joe Maass-Marshfield. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations that will be sent on to Mikayla's Grace, a non-profit organization that supports families with a baby in the NICU and those who experience child or pregnancy loss at hospitals in Wisconsin.
