He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad W. Barth and Gertrude L. Barth (Meier); his wife Lorraine B. Kondelik; his brothers, Leonard and Robert Barth; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Much, David Hein, Roger Hollfelder, Nancy and Angie Barth.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ione Much of Shiocton, WI, Fred Barth of Greenwood, WI, Donna Hein of Sun Prairie, WI, Trudy Hollfelder of Mt. Horeb, WI and Ed Barth (Kathie) of Thorp, WI; and his sister-in-law Esther Barth of Thorp. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
