Spangler; his children, Pam Chewning (Billy) of Lawton, OK, Dawn Tabbert (Ted) of Greenville, WI and Mark Biddle (Jean) of Greenville, WI; his grandchildren, Gregory Chewning, Kaelynn Culler (James), Krista Johnston (Christian), Therese Tabbert, Samuel Tabbert, Gianna Tabbert, Derek Johnson (Kimberly) and Jamie Rymer (Jason); his great grandchildren, Gavin, Alyssa, Rylee, Angelina, William, Selah, Gideon, Lexi, Natalie, Milani, Titan, Ethan, Bennett, Everett and Bryceni; and his sister Betty Moskiewicz (Dennis) of Rockport, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
