She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Neitzel and Erna I. A. Neitzel (Ehmke); her former husband Carl Soltow; her son Randy Soltow; her son-in-law Danny Buss; and her close friend Pepper.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Johnston (Richard) of New London, WI, Dennis Soltow (Dana Liotta) of Arbor Vitae, WI and Patricia Soltow (Scott Grube) of Medford; her sisters, Lois Gehrke of Colby and Lavilla Schilling of Colby; and her friend Leroy Dommer. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
