She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Wendt and Edna Wendt; her parents-in-law, Edwin and Juliana Peterson; her sister-in-law Lurlene; and her nephew Jacob Reill-Wendt.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Gail Pipke (Steven) and David (Deborah); her grandsons, Joshua and Jacob; her siblings, Karren Wendt and Carl (late Linda); her brother-in-law James Irving (Betty); and her friends, Holly, Greg Schlenvogt, Jane Soulier, CeCe, Bob Wells, Andrea Jackson and DeMaine Milbach.

Donations in Valeria's name may be forwarded to the HHS Robotics at Homestead High School, 5000 W. Mequon Road, Mequon, WI 53092.
