He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cynthia (Whelan); his children, Jessica Schermacher (Liam Ingram) and Myka Schermacher; his father Robert W. Schermacher; his siblings, Kim Messina, Kurt Schermacher and Amy Mager; his mother Judith Schermacher (Wilterdink); and his pet Yuki. He was also cherished by other relatives, and friends.
