He is survived by: his spouse Anna; his children, Joseph Walczak (Belinda), James Walczak (Cheryl), Nicholas Walczak and Steven Walczak; his grandchildren, Frances Sutter (Joseph) and Benjamin Walczak (Katie); and his great grandchild Wade Walczak. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
