Best; and her sisters, Sharon Franek and Thelma Kapp. She is survived by: her children, Donn (Susan), Richard (Leslie), Mary Best, Lizbeth Best-Gell (Nicholas) and Carolyn Kaske (Jack); her sister Pat Garver (Cliff); and her sisters-in-law, Carole Krizak and Rita Peplinski (Eugene). She is also survived by other relatives, friends.
