Hans Henry Peters Obituary
Hans Henry Peters, 96, of Thiensville, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024.
Hans worked for Schlitz Brewery, served in the Naval Reserve, volunteered for the Glendale Fire Department. After retiring as the Superintendent of Public Works for the City of Glendale, WI in 1989, Hans led a long life of following the Brewers and Packers, walking to restaurants in Thiensville and playing the occasional slot machines at Remington's.
Hans was predeceased by his wife of 56 years, Alice (nee Knapp) Peters, son, James K. Peters and son-in-law Keith Granzin, Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Karen Granzin; grandsons, Keith Granzin (Taryn McEvoy), Kevin Granzin (Brandon Wong) and great grandsons, Charlie and Tommy Granzin.
