He was predeceased by: his brothers, Thomas Konitzer Sr and James Konitzer. He is survived by: his parents, George T. Konitzer and Esther Ann Lederer Konitzer; his siblings, Charles Konitzer (Nancy) of Phoenix, AZ and Sandra Rodell (James) of West Bend; and his friend Rosemary Godersky of Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, many friends.
