She was predeceased by: her mother Stella Poshepny; and her siblings, Ben, Sharon and Debra. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her sons, Spencer Polacek (Alex Murphy) and Cody Polacek (Gabby Raab); her grandchild Payton Polacek; her father Ralph Poshepny (Juanita); and her siblings, Lynn, Dennis, Jay and Joy. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
