He is survived by: his sons, John Jatczak (Jess) of Beaver Dam, Patrick Jatczak (Katie) of Theresa and Andrew Jatczak of Oshkosh; his grandsons, Jack, Jay and Tyler; his brother Scott Jatczak; and his former wife Shelly Jatczak. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
