She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Karpus and Dorothy Karpus (Graff); and her daughter LuAnn. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Moffatt; and her children, Mark Moffatt, Pamela Dellos (Michael), Karen Major (Ronald Yauck), Gary Moffatt and Paul Moffatt (Amy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
