He is survived by: his father Raymond Amundson; his wife Jennifer Breheim; his children, Damon, Samantha (James Ewing), Ryan (Samantha), Matthew, Courtney, Autumn, Madison, Olivia and Bentley; and his brothers, Jerry (Jill), John and Charles (Rachel). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
