He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis and Mabel; and his siblings, Raymond, Oren, Truman, Lawrence, Mahlon, Harold, Luella Overlein, Beatrice Erickson and Alida Nelson.

He is survived by: his wife Mardell; and his siblings, Mildred and Leland. He is also survived by nieces/nephews.
