He is survived by: his wife Judy Bonk; his children, Todd (Patty Hurley), Mike (Lynn), Tim (Jill), Ami (Jim Klaus), Christine (Paul Anello) and Andy "Butch" (Andrea); his grandchildren, Sammi Lueptow (Josh), Scott, Zach, Dylan, Ellie, Will, Jordan, Ben, Grace, Emmet, Anne, Maggie, Sam, Bo, George, Emmy, Tucker, Flippy, Charlie and Max; his sisters, Karen Wittmus (Lee) and Sherry Walter; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tom's honors are appreciated to Marquette University High School.
