He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sisters, Jean Warburton, Judy Poliskie and Mary Orth-Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Konop, Tony Stamm, Eric Stamm and Gary Thomas. He is also survived by his 11 nieces and nephews.
