He was predeceased by: his wife Fern Florine Koch; his parents, August Koch and Elinor Koch; and his sisters, Jean (John Knapek) and Juliet (Alois Galarowitz).

He is survived by: his children, Randy (Barb), Melody Ruhbusch (Mark), Maurice (Diane) and Sally Kowalczyk (Paul); and his grandchildren, Chad (Julie), Claire Hanschke (Tim), Troy (Shannon), Todd (Myranda), Ryan, Sarah and Bonnie Kowalczyk. He is also survived by his many relatives and friends.

If desired, in lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Moritz Francis Koch's honor to either : Peace Lutheran Church and Academy or Wisconsin Honor Flight Covid-19 Precautions.
