It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith H. Formolo (Sussex, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 19, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Peter Alwin; her brothers-in-law, John Weber, Frank Formolo and Harold Kytola; and her friend Tuffy.

She is survived by: her husband Gene; her children, Mary Jo Wernet (Matt), Paula Gotthardt (Mike) and Angela Jones (Ryan); her grandchildren, Justin, John, Madeline, Joe, Isaac, Joanna, Lily, Ava, Dominic, Jack, Ella, Emma and Hannah; her sister Pat Weber; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Formolo and Pat Kytola.

In lieu of flowers, donations for Masses to be said in Judy's name appreciated.
