He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Sherry Howard (Robb) and Kari Archer (Kyle); his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary Howard, Brandon, James Tabat and Kenzie Archer; and his siblings, Joanne Pappalardo, Tom David (Marlene), Sharon Grippe (Paul) and Bill David (Bill Russell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
