He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lutze and Hertha Lutze (Wagner); his parents-in-law, Phillip Jr. and Alma Schneider; his brother Gary Lutze (Edna); and his brother-in-law John Schneider.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Schneider; his children, Michael Lutze (Lori) of Brookfield, WI, Kenneth Lutze (Sam) of Shorewood, WI and Barbara Sarvis of Raleigh, NC; his grandsons, Jack Lutze of Brookfield and Levi Lutze of Shorewood; and his siblings-in-law, Maynard Schneider (Sally) of Madison, WI and Marge Schneider of Green Bay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, The American Cancer Society, or the Cleveland Athletic Association.
