Donald R. Yagers Obituary

Of Sussex. Passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 94 years old. Beloved husband of the late Jone. Loving father of Susie, David and the late Michael. Donald was a dedicated family man and great person. Don was an Army veteran that served 2 years during the Korean War. He was honest, loyal, God fearing, loving, caring and a very hard-working man. He helped at the church on Sunday morning cooking and was like a second dad to our 1st cousin Joseph when Joe was growing up. Don fixed and upgraded many things throughout his life. His favorite hobbies were golfing, duck hunting, building boats, fishing in Lake Michigan for trout and salmon with his family friends, family and business associates. Private family services will be held.
