He is survived by: his spouse Hilary; his mother Dianne Heitman (late Mike); his parents-in-law, Bryan and Carolyn Cooke; his siblings, Dave Wagner (Jeny) and Debbie Fisher (Scott Arntz); his stepsiblings, Mark (Colleen), Mike Jr. (Julie) and Michele Kasper; his brother-in-law Ian Cooke (Colby Foss); and his godson Jeremy (Aly). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
