Curtis R. Dahms Obituary

Of Sussex. Called home to the Lord on August 28, 2024 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Donna (nee Van Eps) for 67 years. Loving father of Dawn (James) Maas. Proud Pa of James, Jr. (Katie) Maas, Daniel Maas and Tiffany Maas and great-grandpa of Lorelei, Layla and Willow. Dear step-brother of JoAnn (Walter) Krueger, Karen Dahms and Patricia (Rick) Henrichs. Further survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Preceded in death by his sister Sharlene Marchiori and his step-brother Raymond Dahms.

Curt served in the United States Army for 2 and a half years and then served full time in the National Guard for 11 years. For 17 years he worked at Artos Engineering. He was a faithful member of Faith Lutheran for many years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, traveling and gardening.

Visitation will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, W244 N, 6383 Weaver Dr, Sussex, WI 53089, Friday, September 6 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery.
