He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Cook and Bernice Cook (Kessler); his wife Rosann Heimberger; his son Rod Cook; his sister Donna Fitch; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Heimberger, Lareen Heimberger, Vaughn Kistler, John Murray, Tom Thompson and Bobby Burns.
He is survived by: his children, Robyn Smith (Tim), William Cook (Glorinda) and Rosann Parra (Andy); his grandchildren, Shannyn Pinkert (Scott), Caleb Smith, Amber Steffel (Kyle), Tyler Smith (Ashlee), William Cook (Valerie), Rachael Kathcart (Trout), Jamie Cook, Gavin Cook, Seth Cook and Marialis Parra; his great grandchildren, Parker Steffel, Kaedon Pinkert, Shaylie Pinkert, Madeline Smith, Tucker Steffel, Eli Mayes, Mila Mayes, Aiden Cook, Kyler Cook and Thaddeus Cook; his siblings, Jackie Burns, Sharon Murray, Linda Thompson and Jerry Cook (Tiena); and his brother-in-law Craig Heimberger (Dianna). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
