He is survived by: his wife Elaine Reed; his children, Kathleen Micoley (Mark), Karen Schneider (Jeffrey), Philip Jr. Fischer (Tricia) and Luke Fischer (Genny); his grandchildren, Emily Johnson (David), Jackie Desmond, Shawn Achtenberg (Shylo), Sara Achtenberg (James Amelse), Heidi Ryan (Jake), Michael Schneider, April Mann (Shamus), Grant Fischer (Chelsea), Preston Fischer (Courtney), Grace Fischer and Brianna Gibbons (Chris Revord); and his sisters, Mary Meier (Bill) and Peggy Seidl (Jeff). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
