She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Fischer and Elda Fischer (Wesner); and her brother Kenny Fischer. She is survived by: her husband Norbert; her brothers, Herbert Fischer and Arlen Fischer; her siblings-in-law, Georgiann Effenberger, Irene Skarban, Patricia Skarban and Otto Skarban (Cathy); her children, Scott Skarban (Melissa), Julie Giese, Steve "Opie" Skarban and Todd Skarban (Heather); her grandchildren, Riley, Brooke, Chelsie, Mitchell, Blake, Miranda, Connor, Emerich and Ellayna; and her pet Snickers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
