He was predeceased by: his fathers-in-law, Kevin and Brian; and his siblings-in-law, Kayla and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his granddaughter Leah (Jacob); his parents, James and Christine; his siblings, Heidi and Andrew; his nieces and nephews, Maurice and Makaylah; and his mother-in-law Sue Purves (Al). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, other nieces and nephews, and so many lifelong friends.
